Life happens. Reschedule up to 48 hours before your session and your deposit moves with you to the new date, no fee.

Cancellations

Cancel more than 48 hours before your session and your deposit is refunded in full or transferred to a future date, your choice. Within 48 hours, the deposit is retained to cover the held chair time.

Bridal bookings

Wedding dates are reserved exclusively for you, often months ahead. Bridal deposits are refundable up to 30 days before the wedding date and transferable after that.

Running late

We hold your chair for 15 minutes. Beyond that we will do everything the remaining time allows, and the full session rate applies.
